1 clove garlic
2 sticks celery
1 1/2 liters vegetable or chicken stock
Cut up all the vegetables in big pieces and add to a pot with the liquids. Cook the soup for about 30 minutes, or until all the vegetables are soft. Blend the soup and add a bit of pepper. Great with some good bread on the side!
