What’s for dinner 5

February 15, 2014 By: veronicacomment

Saturday night and it is raining outside and I love rain (especially when I am inside). It is time for another week and another meal plan.

This week we went to the much anticipated  Judo competition; the little one’s  ego got a bit bruised as he didn’t win the cup but at least medals were handed out to everyone. I think it is time to realize that there will never be an Olympic athlete in this family. So we will aim for the Nobel Prize instead 🙂

Ok, back to business – the meal plan for the week to come:

Sunday:  With the hope that tomorrow will also be cold and rainy we will eat Couscous with Vegetables in Coconut Milk

Monday: Something classic and good that we all love Pasta Bolognese

Tuesday:  Another family favorite – Spinach Quiche it is!

Wednesday:  Maybe more rain? Maybe not, but we will still have Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup with homemade bread.

Thursday:  The weekend is almost here. Let’s have Grilled Chicken breast and Orzo Salad (or maybe some other kind of meat).

Wishing you all a nice week.
