What’s for Dinner 19

It is getting hot and to be honest, cooking is not on the top of my list of things that I want to do. Unfortunately though we still have to eat every day so these days the meals are lighter – more vegetables and less meat.

Here is what we are having in the coming week:

Sunday: Tuna Patties with Corn on the Cob

Monday: Pasta Salad with broccoli and corn

Tuesday: Chicken with Green Bean Fries

Wednesday: Grilled Polenta with tomato, cucumber and avocado salad

Thursday: Chili Con Carne
