Planning what to eat makes every-day easier. Period. It saves time and it saves money. Does that mean that I make a meal plan for every week of the year? No! But, the weeks that I do it, I see that I use much less time figuring out what to cook and much less money on the groceries as I only buy what I need.
So this is what are we eating this week:
Sunday: Tomato and Chick Pea Soup
Monday: Homemade Hummus with Salad and Pita bread
Tuesday: Rice paper wraps with chicken and vegetables
Wednesday: Fettuccine with Butternut Squash and Sage
Thursday: Focaccia “burger” with meat patties and vegetables
And something sweet for the weekend: Oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies!
