Mushroom “stew”

mushroom stew

Cost: About 25 Shekels (7 US Dollars)

1 spoon Butter

½ onion chopped finely

250 g mushrooms

100 ml chicken stock

250 g cooked potatoes cut into cubes

100 ml cream

Pepper

Parsley

Fry the onion and garlic in the butter until soft. Add the mushroom and cook for a few minutes and then the chicken stock. Bring it to the boiling point and then add the potatoes and the cream and heat it up again. Add pepper and salt according to taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley and with the Bread in a Pot on the side.
