Orzo Salad

Cost: About 10 Shekels (US Dollars 3)

200 g Orzo (rice shaped pasta)

4 spoons olive oil

2 spoons lemon juice

10 cherry tomatoes in halves

1/4 red onion in small cubes

Fresh mint leaves, parsley or coriander

Salt and Pepper

 

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and let it cool a bit and then add all of the ingredients. Use the herbs that you like and season with salt and pepper.  Good with any kind of meat or fish.
