Pasta with Salmon and Cream

Cost: About 25  Shekels (US Dollars 7)

400 Grams pasta – dried or fresh

A bit of butter
150 grams smoked salmon in cubes
1 clove garlic crushed
200 ml cream
Salt and Pepper
Spinach – optional

Start off with cooking the pasta according to the instructions in salted water, then drain.

In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Fry for a few minutes and then add the salmon and the cream and let cook over a low heat for a few minutes more. If you want to add some spinach, this is the time. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve!
