Chicken with yellow peppers and cashews

500 grams chicken breast in cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 yellow bell pepper in cubes
½ cup roasted cashew nuts
½ cup cilantro (optional)

Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken and cook for a few minutes until it is no longer raw. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for minute or two then add the soy and teriyaki sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. After that, add in the peppers for two minutes more. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and fresh cilantro and serve with cooked bulgur or rice.
