Green Bean Fries

Cost: About NIS 5

This is a healthier alternative to the traditional potato fries, and I am being totally honest when I claim this; my kids really like these and almost as much as real potato fries.

350 grams green beans (can be frozen)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Coarse salt

Mix the green beans with the olive oil and spread out in an even layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-30 minutes until golden.
