Roasted Butternut Squash

Cost: About NIS 5

1 big butternut squash
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove garlic minced (optional)
Salt and Pepper

Peel the butternut squash, clean it and cut into cubes. Mix the cubes with the olive oil, garlic and spices and spread them out on a baking sheet.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30minutes until the squash is soft and slightly browned.
