Rice Paper Wraps with Chicken and Vegetables

Cost: About NIS 20

A tasty, healthy colorful dish that is very quick to prepare and can be varied endlessly depends what you have in the fridge. You can leave the meat out and make it vegetarian and also switch the soy and teriyaki sauce for a gluten-free version to make the whole dish gluten-free.

Here is the version we will be having:

300 grams chicken breast cut into strips
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 table spoon teriyaki sauce

Carrots cut into thin strips
Avocado cut into strips
Bean sprouts

Fresh Coriander
Soya sauce

1 packet rice papers
1 bowl with warm water

Cook the chicken with the sesame oil and teriyaki sauce until done. Place in a bowl and put on the side. Arrange all the vegetables and the soy sauce in small bowl.

At the table, dip the rice paper in the water for a few seconds and then place it on a plate. Place some chicken and vegetables on it and then wrap it. Dip in the soy sauce and that is that!
