500 g fettuccine
10 g butter
1 clove garlic crushed
250 g mushrooms
200 g green beans
250 ml cream
Salt and pepper
Parmesan
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meanwhile melt the butter in a smaller pan and add the garlic. Cook it for a minute or two on medium heat and then add the mushrooms. Cook until they have gotten soft and then add the green beans. Pour in the cream and heat until it starts to boil lightly. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. When the pasta it ready mix everything together. Serve with Parmesan.
