Spring is officially here and although we are now on “summer time” there is fortunately still some time for that. In the meantime we can enjoy the much nicer spring weather.
As it is getting hotter, so I try to make the meals lighter. Peas are a very springy kind of food so I have a lot of that this coming week.
This coming week, other than work we will be continuing the spring cleaning of the house and working on the garden, which is a huge project (mostly for Dear Husband though 🙂).
Here is our meal plan for the coming week:
Sunday: Grilled Chicken Breast with Bulgur and Peas
Monday: Salad with leftover Bulgur and peas, tomato and tomato with cheese and eggs on the side
Tuesday: Soup with Peas and Mint
Wednesday: Oven baked Salmon with Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Chicken and carrots in Coconut Milk with home baked Baguettes on the side
