What’s for dinner?

January 11, 2014 By: veronica2 Comments

The first 21 years of my life I spent in Denmark where Saturday is Saturday and Sunday is Sunday = the weekend. Then in the year 2000 I start to call Israel home (now you can do the math and find my age :-)) and suddenly Friday is Saturday and Saturday is Sunday! Confusing? Yes, but with time you can get used to almost anything! And on a positive note, there is no Monday blues here, as it is already two days into the workweek…

So here we are, Saturday night, and I am writing this. Tomorrow the week begins. Saturday night is where I plan the meals for the week to come. During the week, the meals have to be quite easy and fast to make and of course not cost too much!

This is our meal plan for the week to come and I am happy to share it with you.

Have a nice week!

Sunday: Very often Sunday night are pizza night! Homemade Pizza

Monday: Monday when the little one comes home from Judo, the food has to be ready and on the table 🙂 : Chicken with Peanut Butter and coconut cream

Tuesday: In these winter months a warm soup is always nice: Noodle Soup

Wednesday: Pasta and salad in nice colors… Pasta Salad

Thurדday: A family favorite! Spinach and Cheese Quiche
