My initial plan was (and still is) to have our food plan as a weekly feature on the blog but then life happens and plans change and I missed a week! I believe though, that the best way to continue is simply to carry on from where we left of, even if it not according to the initial plan! This, by the way, is a great guide line for everything we do in life…
So here is the plan for what we are going to eat this week, with an emphasis on being varied, easy to prepare and not expensive:
Sunday: My eldest is very fond of fish so this is for her Tuna Patties with Corn on the Cob
Monday: Great for when the kids come home from after school activities Homemade Pita Breads with chicken and salad
Tuesday: Nice and easy and tasty too Fettuccini with Mushrooms and Green Beans
Wednesday: A bit heavy but very very good and with salad on the side to lighten it up Meat Bourekas
Thursday: A favourite of mine although the kids tend to eat around the mushrooms Mushroom “Stew” with Bread
