So I am just going to say it: we had brownies for dinner today! Yes, yes, I know, not the healthiest of meals and certainly not according to any meal plan, but very tasty and I received absolutely no complaints…
As you probably know, I like to plan our meals in order to save time and money and to keep our meals more or less healthy and varied but once in a while this happens and I guess it is ok – as long as it is once in a while 😉
But, new week, new plan. Here we go:
Sunday: Fettuccine with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese
Monday: Marinated Chicken breasts with Salad
Tuesday: Carrot soup with coconut milk
Wednesday: Cornflour muffins with sweet potato
Thursday: Oven baked Sausages and potatoes with cherry tomatoes and thyme
