Saturday night is the time, I plan our meals for the coming week. Normally, like now, on the sofa with the laptop on my knees, one eye on the news and one eye on the computer screen. I have been doing it for almost a year now.
Like most families, we have the things that we like to eat and on most days, it is one of those meals that we eat. Still, I like to try new things so I try to add them as well to the plan, once in a while.
Most of my ideas I get from different food blogs or by talking about food with friends. I have a hard time following a recipe so most of the time, I make some changes to already existing one, and get my own.
So enough talking; here is our meal plan for next week:
Sunday: Bean Fries and Salmon
Monday: Couscous with vegetables in coconut milk
Tuesday: Marinated Chicken breasts with green salad
Wednesday: Carrot Soup
Thursday: Beef Stir-fry with cashews
