This is a personal blog. The opinions and experience that I write about are mine. This is the way that I want it to be and the way that I believe that what I write can serve others in the best way possible. So I share things about myself. Not everything, of course, as I certainly don’t want to scare you away 😉
So maybe you know me from “real life”, or you have been reading along for a while, and have some kind of picture of who I am. Maybe this is the first post you have ever read. Either way, here are some things that you (probably) don’t know about me.
I Speak 4 languages more or less fluently. Danish is my mother tongue, but my first words were in Polish. For the last 15 years Hebrew has been my main way of communication and English just came along for the ride.
I love Potato Chips. Like really love. Especially the “barbeque” flavored ones. I could eat them every day and is waiting for the day that someone invents the healthy, no calorie, non-fat kind.
I have a thing for teenage romantic comedies. Mostly the American ones. Love Grease, Karate Kid II, Bend It Like Beckham. I think you get the picture.
I am mostly very optimistic by nature. I tend to see the glass half full. I have a wish to see the good in most things and want others to see that as well.
I am not very nice when I am hungry. Or tired. My family has learned to stay away. Or to throw some chocolate my way.
I like to alternate and improvise. Recipes are for inspiration. Dear Husband calls it being slacky. I obviously don’t agree.
I have a huge fear of crabs. You know the animal with the claws. I don’t know why and no, I didn’t have a traumatic experience with them in my childhood. Just writing this makes me feel bad.
I once wanted to be a doctor. I was sure that that was what I was going to be when I grew up. Even did the first year of med school. Needless to say, that changed somewhere along the way.
I have an excellent memory. I tend to remember, in detail, who did what and when from years back. One day I am sure it will be useful.
I don’t know how to whistle. I blame my parents. Not really. But seriously, who doesn’t know how to whistle?
So that is that. Write me a comment below about something you don’t think most people know about you. Because I would love to know 🙂

You drove yourself to the hospital because of an appendicitis. And you get even more funny when you drink cheap red wine. And you would have been a wonderful doctor.
