Ingredients-
2 corn on the cob
2 cups cooked pasta
½ broccoli cut up
1 cup cherry tomatoes in halves
Dressings –
1 spoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salad vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 spoon mayonnaise
A teaspoon fresh dill chopped finely
Salt and pepper
Cook the corn for a few minutes in slightly salted water until they get that nice yellow color. Then cut the kernels off the cob with a sharp knife. In a bowl mix the corn with the pasta, the cherry tomatoes and the broccoli.
