500 g pasta
1 can good quality canned crushed tomatoes
½ onion diced
1 clove minced garlic
½ teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
I a pan heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and the spices and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Mix with the pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
