Olive oil
250 gr chicken breast
2 cloves garlic chopped finely
1 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped finely
1 spoon soya sauce
2 spoons crunchy peanut butter
1 can coconut milk
Fresh coriander – optional
Fry garlic and ginger in a bit of olive oil. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add to the pan. Fry for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce,peanut butter and coconut milk and mix well. Heat again, until it is almost boiling.
Serve with rice.
