tuna patties

Cost: About 16 Shekels (4.5 US Dollars)

2 cans tuna in water

2 egg

½ onion shredded

1 carrot shredded

4 spoons breadcrumbs/ panko

Salt and pepper

Oil for frying

Drain the water from the tuna and put it in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Form patties in the wanted size. Fry in the oil for about 5 minutes on arch side until they are golden on the outside.

Cook the corn in slightly salted water for a few minutes or more if you want them softer. Good Appetite!
