Sweet and Salty Salmon

Cost: About 30 Shekels (US Dollars 8.5)

 

500 grams salmon

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Butter

 

In a bowl mix together the sugar, salt and pepper. Cut the salmon into about 6 pieces. Roll the Salmon in the spice mix so that all sides are covered then place the pieces in an ovenproof dish, skin side down. Distribute two small cubes of butter on each piece of salmon and whatever is left of the spice mix. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until the fish is slightly golden.

Serve with salad.
