Chicken Salad

400 grams chicken breasts
1 big carrot in cubes
1 stick celery in cubes
Salt and Pepper

Dressing:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper

Cook the chicken breast in water with the carrot and salt and pepper until it is cooked through. When done pull the meat apart and place in a bowl with the cooked carrots and the celery.
Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing and then pour it over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well and serve with bread.
