Chicken Nuggets with Potato Wedges

chicken-nuggets

Cost: About 25 Shekels (7 US Dollars)

Potato wedges:

4-5 big potatoes

Olive oil

Spices

Salt

Cut the potatoes into wedges. You can peel them first or leave the skin on (I prefer them with the skin and just wash them before cutting them up). Put your potato wedges in a bowl and add the olive oil, spices of your choice and some salt and mix well until all the wedges are covered. Put them in one layer on a baking sheet and bake in 200 degrees Celcius for 30-40 minutes until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Chicken Nuggets:

500 g chicken tenders

1 egg

Panko bread crumbs

Oil

Mix up one egg in a deep plate and then dip the chicken in it. Then roll the tender in the bread crumbs until fully covered. Fry it in oil for a few minutes on all sides until golden.
