Salad with Tuna and Eggs

salad

Cost: About 15 Shekels (US Dollar 4)

This is a salad that my kids really like because they can see everything that is in it, choose the order that they eat it and can even choose not to eat something specific

2 cucumbers in small cubes

2 tomatoes in small cubes

1 bell pepper in cubes

1 kohlrabi in small cubes

4 hard boiled eggs

1-2 cans of tuna in water

Feta cheese (or any other kind of cheese)

Dressing:

200 ml sour cream

1 table spoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and Pepper

Start off with the dressing: mix up all the ingredients in a small bowl and add salt and pepper according to taste. Put in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

For the salad: Chop up all the vegetables and distribute evenly on 4 dinner plates. Add the egg, tuna and cheese to each plate.

Serve with the dressing on the side.
