Olive Oil
4 small chicken breasts
3 spoonful marinade or grill sauce
1 cup Bulgur
2 cups water
½ cup peas
Salt
Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise so that you receive a thinner piece of meat. Add them to a bowl with the marinade and leave in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Cook the bulgur with two cups of water and a bit of salt for about 20 minutes. A few minutes before they are done, add the peas.
In a grill or frying pan, cook the chicken breasts for a few minutes on each side until they are done.
