Salmon and cheese quiche

salmon-quiche

Cost: About 45 Shekels (13 US Dollars)

1 portion dough for quiche (Ready-made or homemade)

400 g fresh (or frozen) salmon

3 eggs

1 container cottage cheese

100g feta cheese in small cubes

100g shredded yellow cheese

A bit of blue cheese (if you dare!)

100ml cream

A bit of nutmeg, salt and pepper

Cut out dough to fit the bottom of your baking form. Add a border of about 4 cm in height. Cut the skin off the salmon and cut the fish into cubes of about 1.5 x1.5 cm.

In a bowl mix eggs, cheeses, cream and spices. Add in the salmon and then pour the mix into the baking form.

Bake in oven – 200 °C for 30-40 minutes.

Can be served with a salad. Enjoy!
