For the salmon:
500 g Salmon
2 spoonful Olive oil
1 spoonful lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
Salt and Pepper
For the sweet potatoes
3-4 sweet potatoes
250 ml cream
Nutmeg, salt and pepper
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into slices. Layer them in an ovenproof casserole with the cream and a bit of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bake for about 40 minutes.
For the salmon, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and spices in a small bowl. Place the salmon in a baking pan and pour marinade over the fish. Bake with the potatoes for the remaining 20 minutes.
