What’s for Dinner 21

August 30, 2014 By: veronicacomment

This week we are returning to normality – that meaning that (finally) the kids are going back to school. A happy event for both parents and children, and this year our youngest (AKA the baby) is starting first grade so I am preparing myself for some tears this coming Monday 🙂

Regarding the meal plan, it is also returning to normality and I will again be planning our meals in order for them to be varied, healthy and budget friendly.

Sunday: Salad with vegetables, eggs and feta cheese

Monday: Potato salad with homemade mayonaise and green salad

Tuesday: Rice paper wraps with vegetables and chicken

Wednesday: Oven baked Salmon with Carrot Fries

Thursday: Pasta Bolognese

Have a great week!
