Here we go. Half a day late, but better late than never, right? New week, new excuses and all that 🙂
I actually do not know what to expect of the coming week. Finished up some projects last week and will be beginning some new next week, so I guess these coming days will give me time to do some of the many things on my to-do list that I haven’t had time for… You can always hope, right?
Anyways, here is the plan for what we are going to eat this coming week:
Sunday: As I have some salmon left from last week, I am starting off the week with this Salmon Quiche. My biggest is mad about fish, the smallest one less, but as he is allowed to pick out the fish, he eats this dish happily.
Monday: Is a busy day with after school activities so a quick sandwich with Bread in a Pot and egg salad is the way to go
Tuesday: We are having this surprisingly good Peanut Butter Tomato Soup. I recommend you to try it!
Wednesday: Holding on to that winter that isn’t really coming this year I will be making Mushroom Stew with brown rice.
Thursday: Pasta is always good so that will be on the menu in the form of Baked Pasta with chicken
