What’s for dinner 3

February 1, 2014 By: veronica1 Comment

Like any other Saturday, a week has passed at the next one is just about to start. In Israel, that is. Everywhere else in the world you still have half your weekend left to enjoy.

For our sake the coming week is supposed to be regular and without special events. Planned is the word, because you don’t really know what is coming, right? So the plan is the way to go until something else happens 🙂

So here is, as every Saturday, our plan for what to eat during the coming week. I had a special request for something Gluten free, so there is also something of that.

Sunday: We start the week off with something nice Risotto with Goat Cheese and Red Pepper It is a bit of work, but worth the effort.

Monday: A nice and easy pasta dish that tastes good too Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Tuesday: Only did this once before, but it is really good Chicken Tempura with vegetables

Wednesday: A winter soup with lots of vegetables AND the kids likes it too Vegetable Soup

Thursday: This dish is something Dear Husband taught me how to do Ground Beef and Mashed Potato Casserole that in Switzerland goes by “Cowboy Gratin”.

I hope you all a great week full of good surprises 🙂
