When evening comes and we are all more or less, tired hungry and grumpy (I am especially grumpy when I am hungry…), and suddenly no one knows what to cook for dinner or what we even have to cook with. So what happens many times? We order take away! And that is costly in the long run.
I believe that if we take the time for a few minutes every week to sit down and plan our meals for the week we can save time and money and grumpiness 🙂
Here is what we are having for dinner this week:
Sunday: Pita breads with tuna and salad
Monday: Corn muffins with sweet potato and green salad
Wednesday: Carrot Soup with coconut milk
And something sweet for the weekend: Chocolate Cake
