What’s for Dinner 14

May 10, 2014 By: veronicacomment

foodplan 14

To be honest, I have been quite bad at planning our meals for the last few weeks. I can blame it on holidays, visits from abroad or the fact that I just haven’t had the discipline to do it…

I have found that one of the best ways to stay within our food budget is the planning of our meals during the week. It seriously does not take me a long time and in the end both saves me money on grocery shopping as well as the time it would take me every day to think about what’s for dinner?
So enough with the excuses – here we go again:

Sunday: Pasta salad with corn, broccoli and tomatoes
Monday: Quiche with Salmon
Tuesday: Carrot Soup with Coconut Milk
Wednesday: Danish Meatballs in Curry
Thursday: Whiskey marinated Chicken Breasts with Salad

Have a nice week 🙂
